Forget about me, if you 'd rather.

My username is very familiar to certain users of the internet. I am posting this to let them all know they won't see anything newer from me. This has already been the case for quite some time anyway, so now I am basically making it official, as well as taking the chance to state a few things.

1)Back when I started to show a tangible presence on the internet, my intention was to get in touch with other women willing to fight for women's rights. But contrary to what happens in my real life, I never achieved this to the desired extent. When I realised this failure as well as its reasons, I made the decision that slowly but steadily brought me to make this final post: I decided to start walking away from the internet. The process could have been faster, but before its end I wanted to make sure I 've had the last word in all my conversations with misogynists, something I have achieved. I am not used to leaving like a loser. Why make an exception to this for the trolls?

2)Don't associate this departure with CoViD-19 or any other health issue. I am fine and will keep up my fight for our rights. I will just concentrate on real life. But don't expect to see me on mainstream media any time soon. I am too "unconventional" for their stereotypes. Also, I am not that much fond of fame and publicity. I don't like very much to be known by people I don't know. This one leads us to number three.

3)Just because my nickname is associated with certain personality traits and you know I am a woman, don't slip into thinking you know me. There 's tons of us on the planet. I could literally be any of us.

4)One additional reason why I left New Amazon Nation is a disagreement on approach. Of course I could expand a lot further on this subject, but now I am leaving the internet, not getting deeper into it. Exactly for this reason, I decided to not accept comments on this blog. I am not posting this to start a new conversation. Actually, this post is the end to whatever conversation I had on the internet. If for any possible reason you would like to think I am admitting some kind of defeat, there is something in No1 you have not understood: "I wanted to make sure I 've had the last word in all my conversations with misogynists, something I have achieved". Therefore, as you read this, it is already too late to try and spam me with bollocks. I have officially had the last word. Time is up. I waited long enough for earning the right to say so. If you want a second chance, good luck finding me face-to-face.
